• Underwriting - We have internal underwriters that have an understanding of loan programs that are valuable to our market.  They have a realistic view of local values, so we haven't been cut short in appraised values.  Our underwriters work for us and with us, their goal is to assist us in getting your loan approved!
• Processing - Your loan file will be processed in our local office.  Having secure locations to store your pertinent information is of outmost importance to our entire staff.
• Closing Department- We avoid delays on your loan by having a in house closing department that works very closely with our local title company.
• Lock Desk- We monitor your rate lock every day, several times a day.  We have a lock desk that manages trends in the industry all day.  This ensure's our clients can catch the lowest rate's available on any given day.

• Accountability - We spend countless hours on your loan and under promise and over deliver.  We set the expectations and deliver upon the committed time frames.
